Translation

We translate into and out of the main European languages, from any format to any format, be it hard copy or digital.

Translation is our main service and consists of a number of stages.

1. First of all and in as short a time as possible, we will send you a detailed quote of how much it will cost to translate the text you have sent us. 

2. If you want us to carry out the translation of your text, the project manager will then decide which of our translators is the most suitable to do the translation.

3. The chosen translator, who is selected according to their combination of languages and their speciality, will carry out research to ensure that he/she understands the smallest of details in the text.

4. Once the translator has read and gained a grasp of the text, he/she will look for reference documents which will help him/her to translate the text into the target language in as natural a way as possible. The translator will use your terminology, if it exists, for the task.

5. Once the translation stage is over, a second translator or proof-reader who is a native speaker of the target language will proof-read the text so that we can be sure that any inaccuracy in the document has been removed. Then, once the desktop publishing has been completed and the document has been delivered as agreed, it is ready to be used.

6. It you have any doubts regarding the translation, the project manager will clarify them.

We also provide a translation service without proof-reading for documents which are not to be published and where linguistic perfection is not the top priority, as well as a  proof-reading service without translation for when you want to ensure that your text is faultless.
