Transcription services

By using our transcription service you can record content in writing that is currently in audio or video format, both when the video or audio is in digital format and when it is not.  We work with tapes, DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes and all types of digital formats (mp3, wav, mov, avi, mpeg, etc.).  Our transcription service is fast and accurate and can be combined with our  summarising or  translation service.

For the transcription of audio or video you just need to send us the tape or file that you wish to have transcribed by messenger or by internet (via FTP for example) .  When we have received the video or audio we will prepare a quote and send it to you.  Once you accept our quote, we will carry out the transcription of the files or tapes and send it to you as quickly as possible.

The material to be transcribed can be supplied to us in the form of a CD, DVD, by internet (.pdf, .doc, .txt, etc.) or on paper, as you prefer.

When you would like something to be transcribed from another language into Spanish, we have professionals capable of quickly transcribing your files.  We can also transcribe from Spanish into one or more foreign languages. In these cases first of all a native speaker of the original language will transcribe the text and then a native speaker of the target language will translate the transcription.
