If you are in a rush or prefer to ask for a quote by  telephone, this is the information you will need to give us:

I. Your name and a phone number if you would like us to call you.
II. A description of the service required: interpreting, translation, proof-reading, localisation, etc.

III. 1) If the service provided is not written (interpreting).
a) Source and target language
b) Date and location of the event
c) Subject matter of the event
d) References, contents, etc.

III. 2) If the service provided is written (translation, localisation, proof-reading, etc.)
a) Source and target language
b) Source and target format (doc, rtf, xls, pdf, ppt, html, xml, etc.)
c) Desired delivery date and time
d) A sample of the document or the document in full (the quote will be made according to the document you send us)

You send us your text and we will send ours back to you translated and in the desired format, at the agreed time and place.
